Cat wont drink a lot of water?

I'm trying to find ways to get my cat to drink more water. He urinates about 3 to 4 times a day but basically only drinks water from his wet food. I add water to the wet food. I'm kind of concerned because he has been to the vet for pneumonia lately and I want to make sure he stays hydrated.
