How to get a tanner face?

Ok,im 12 and im not tan,but pretty normal...its just my face/neck area.its a lot whiter than the rest of my body,and when i put my arm up to my face i look like two different people:(i do not want to go to a tanning bed (because im 12? and because i know it would be harmful anyways because im naturally white)i wear makeup,and no matter if i put a lot on it like disappears and i look white.what is a way to get a tanner face without the lotions..and tanning beds/spray tan.?
