Scared... Stomach bug..?

I have the stomach virus and it's now day 5. I'm on day 2 of pure liquid diarrhea and I'm starting to worry.. (I do have anxiety/panic disorder) so that may be why I'm on yahoo answers asking this. How long will this all continue? I was so stupid today as I thought the bug was gone so I went and ate a chick fil a fried chicken sandwich. I'm drinking Gatorade to stay hydrated but I just want this to go away.
