Is it normal to urinate over 12 times a day?

I would not say it is normal or abnormal really, with you being active and drinking lots of gatorade could be what is stimulating your bladder more than normal. If you was male I would say you have a prostate problem. In your case it may not be an issue now however, in later years you may have to contend with an over active bladder matter. Try cutting back on the gatorade and drink more water and see if the amount of urges decreases or or increases. If they stay the same or become more then I would see a doctor about it.
