Will using Dove Summer Glow Body Lotion have a weird reaction with my acne creme/medication?

I want to buy Dove Summer Glow Body lotion but i don't want to buy it if it will just react weird with my acne stuff and make my face red or something. I Differin on my face and Retin-A Micro (it says tretinoin gel, microsphere 0.1% under the name) on my back and shoulders. I also take Solodyn. These are all prescription. Are there any dermatologists that could verify that its safe to use the Dove Summer Glow Body lotion with these medications? If it isn't safe, what gradual tanners are? Thank you:)
