I'm a guy with Jew fro ish hair wondering how often i should wash with Shampoo and conditioner?

I am a guy that has very curly Jew fro ish hair. I am wondering how often I should wash my hair with shampoo and conditioner. I bought special shampoo and conditioner for curly hair, the catwalk tigi curl rock shampoo, and aveda be curly conditioner. My goal is to get healthier, not so dry and coarse hair as I am going to try and grow it out.
