What do i do if i get some redness on my skin from tanning beds?

i've been tanning for maybe 5 sessions now. my thighs and chest are red. my thighs are itchy, as well as my back... what should I do... i use the lotion they sell at the salon, but should i use another lotion for after i get out of the tanning bed?
