Why am I not loosing weight?

Well one reason is that as you get older its going to be harder to lose wieght. But I think what your big problem is that if you want to really lose weight you have to watch your water in take. I'm a wrestler so I know a little bit about making weight and the key is water weight. You have to drink enough to be hydrated but not to much that it adds weight. This can be difficult after running or workouts but it gets easier if all you drink is water and you cut out all soda. Good luck and I hope this helps.
