37 weeks pregnant, feeling weak/dizzy and threw up earlier?

You could just have a run-of-the-mill I'm sick today. Take it easy, keep hydrated and watch your symptoms. Call your care provider for instructions on whether you should go in and get checked.

  1. With these pressures, the blood flow slows down. It takes more time for your blood to circulate from your body to your brain. Do not be astonished if you feel dizziness in pregnancy when you suddenly stand up from a seat or wake up quickly. This simply means that the blood has not been able to circulate properly. If you are on a lying position, get up gradually. This movement is important to maintain blood circulation and not stuck in your lower body.
