I suddenly have a Lotion Allergy?

I have that chronically dry winter skin, and this morning I used a new lotion from Bath & Body Works. I put it on my legs, butt, back, and arms. It burned a little, but I thought it was because my skin was soooo dry. That was at 10 am. It is now 3:30 pm and my entire body is on fire! I'm working till 6:00 pm, and I'm the only one here so I can't go home. I don't think taking a shower will help, because it's already absorbed into my skin! Does anybody have any advice? I will take a Benadryl at home, but is there anything for allergies/rashes like aloe vera is for sunburn? I've never had anything like this before.
