Is it smart to go to college at age 42?

I'm 42 and wanting to really make something of my life now that I am divorced. I feel that with todays economy I'm really going to have to have a huge advantage over younger players in the work force. I want to work for a huge company like Biolage or Aveda and become CEO or Vice President and bank around 150 to 200K. a year? Does this all sound too good to be true? Or should I go for it?
